Every time I see a Jenny Miller tweet this Cowboy Mouth song, "Jenny Says," pops into my head.

Jenny is also an awesome trader. We have swapped cards four or five times this year. She mentioned my Cubs count was at 104,000 when we conducted our first trade, and our most recent deal pushed me past the 230,000 mark. She defintely ranks in my top five favorite follows for collectors on Twitter.

Our most recent trade went down this week as we sent each other medium flat rate boxes. Jenny is a Miguel Sano super collector, so I'm always setting Sano aside for her. I also added a few Ohtani's in her box with some Twins and Vikings card.

My Cubs box contained 2,711 cards including a few newbies and one of my favorites. After bowing out of following baseball in the early 1990's (for basketball and later pro wrestling), I returned in April 1998 after the Cubs jumped out to a hot start. And then Kerry Wood's 20 strikeout game happened, followed by the home run chase. I was hooked again. Wood's rookie was scorching hot in 1998, and it was several years before I added it to my collection. Here's the chrome version of the Wood Bowman rookie from 1997.

On top of the box was a pocket schedule for the 2005 Iowa Cubs featuring Mark Prior on the front. I love pocket schedules.

This picture of Kyle Farnsworth screams 2004. Look at the puka shell necklace, and the cell phone with the retractable antenna. I bet there's some blonde tips underneath that hat!

Another pre-rookie card here. I remember Rocky Roquet (awesome name) pitching for the Peoria Chiefs. I had no idea this card existed.

Almost went blind when I uncovered the 1999 Bowman Late Bloomers Mark Grace Insert.

A new Kosuke Fukudome. This one is a 2008 Bowman Chrome Refractor 205/250.

Remember Randall??? Randall Simon had an interesting 2003. On July 9, at Miller Park, Simon bopped the Italian Sausage during the between inning sausage race.

The person inside the constume, Mandy Block, was not injured, but Simon was fined more than $400 for disorderly conduct and suspended by Major League Baseball for three games. That same season he was traded to the Cubs and when the team traveled to Milwaukee he bought an entire section of the park Italian sausages.
