Heavy Hitter Delivers the Bryant and Baez
Over the past couple weeks I’ve been digging through boxes to pull cards from various teams I am running low on for team trades.
The sort is two-fold. It’s also a storage box consolidation effort to give me more empty monster boxes as I continue to organize my Cubs collection.
Many boxes have been untouched for a few years, so some great cards have surfaced, including a Bowman Chrome Draft Aaron Judge.
Heavy Hitter Collectibles reached out on Twitter wanting to trade for it and offered up a sweet package highlighted by a Kris Bryant Topps Holiday relic from 2018.
There was also a 2018 Bowman Platinum Presence insert with a 2018 Stadium Club Kris Bryant Special Forces insert.
Bryant and Baez! These purple parallels from 2018 Donruss Optic are new to my collection.
A 2018 Topps Javier Baez Legends in the Making. This set is retail only and has colored variations. The most common are blue (1:12 packs) and black (1:24 packs). The other colors are serial numbered. If you didn’t look at the run sheet you wouldn’t even know the difference between blue and black.
Love the pink refractors from Topps Chrome. And Willy C is my second favorite Cubs player behind Baez.
